TASK
1. Open with a plain-language statement of what is currently supported and by what.
2. State explicitly what is not supported and what would be required to support it.
3. Present decision options: proceed, pause, replicate, redesign, kill, fund,
   patent, publish, partner, commercialize, quarantine.
4. For each option give: evidence condition, cost, timeline, named owner,
   and reversal condition.
5. List open contradictions and unresolved red-team objections.
6. Close with limitations. Never omit them for brevity.
