Public record
Corrections and supersession
The Institute applies its own standard to itself. Errors in public material are corrected on the record with the reason and the date; revised material is marked as superseded rather than removed.
- None recorded to date
- Correct publicly; supersede, do not delete
- Through the contact form
- Institute public material only

Observed
No corrections have been recorded to date. This is a statement about the length of the public record, not a claim that the material is free of error. When a correction is made, it will appear here with the item corrected, what was wrong, what it now says, the reason, and the date.
- The page, figure, or statement affected.
- What the material said before correction.
- What it says now.
- Why the previous statement was wrong or unsupported.
- The state of the corrected statement.
- When the correction was published.
Policy
How corrections are handled
- A reported error is examined against the evidence. Where the report is correct, the material is corrected and the entry published.
- Where the report is incorrect, the reporter is told why. Disagreement about an interpretation may itself be recorded where it is substantive.
- Superseded material is marked with its revision history and remains traceable. Silent editing of substantive statements is not permitted.
- Corrections to confidential engagement output are issued to the partner directly and do not appear here.
