KX-05 · Modeling

Quantum Simulation / Digital Twin Lab Model

Build a bounded model of the apparatus and its environment to plan discriminating tests.

Model-Inferred

Constructs a digital twin of the measurement setup with explicit validity boundaries, so that modelled behaviour is never mistaken for observed behaviour.

Institute module developed within the KRYOS v6 framework ecosystem. Established scientific methods retain their conventional attribution.

When to use

When apparatus behaviour, environmental coupling, or parameter sweeps are expensive to explore physically.

When not to use

When apparatus geometry, materials, or environment are too poorly characterised to constrain a model.

Required inputs

  • Apparatus description
  • Environmental conditions
  • Measured baselines

Optional inputs

  • CAD or geometry files
  • Material property data
  • Prior simulation files

Assumptions and constraints

  • Every model boundary is declared and every parameter range is stated.

Process steps

  1. 01Declare model scope, boundaries, and excluded physics.
  2. 02Parameterise from measured baselines where available.
  3. 03Run sensitivity analysis across stated ranges.
  4. 04Identify parameter regions where hypotheses diverge observably.
  5. 05Publish the model card with validity limits.

Human review gates

  • Modelling owner and experimental counterpart jointly accept the model card.

Primary output — Digital twin model card, sensitivity results, and discriminating parameter regions.

  • model_id, scope, excluded_physics[]
  • parameters[] with ranges and sources
  • sensitivity_results[], divergence_regions[]
  • validity_boundary_statement

Failure signals

  • Model reproduces the anomaly only outside its declared validity range.

Quarantine triggers

  • Model output presented as measurement in any external material.
